Delete your account and data
Request permanent deletion of your AZAP Laundry Service account and the personal data associated with it. You can make this request here without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
Email azaplaundry.support@gmail.com with the subject AZAP account and data deletion request.
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your AZAP account.
- State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. If you used AZAP as a guest, identify the phone number used for your orders and request deletion of your guest data.
- Send the email. AZAP may contact you to verify that you own the account before completing deletion.
This opens your email app. The request is sent only when you press Send in that app. If an email app does not open, copy the address above into your email service.

What is deleted
After verifying your request, AZAP deletes your account and associated personal data, except the limited records described below. This includes account/profile information, login access, saved addresses and preferences, rewards information, notification subscriptions, and associated personal order information, messages, and verification photos that do not need to be retained.
Deleting an account is permanent. AZAP will confirm when the request is completed or explain any information that must be retained.
Limited information that may be retained
Limited transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, claim, or legal records may be retained when necessary for those purposes or required by law. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirement; these records are kept only for the period needed for that requirement, then deleted or anonymized.
